DOPPELTER 40. GEBURTSTAG / "DOUBLE BIRTHDAY"

Hallo, ihr Lieben!
Hello everyone!

BUCHKARTE /BOOKCARD:
 Der "doppelte" 40. Geburtstag eines sehr lieben Ehepaares stand auf dem Programm.
Anstelle von Blumen gab´s gestickte Tulpen (Fadengrafik). 
 A very nice couple celebrated a "double birthday": Each of them became 40. Instead of giving a bunch of flowers I decided to embroider some tulips.

 

CARDS INSIDE:
Die Innenseite wurde - den Jubilaren entsprechend -etwas "verspielter".  
Motive: "piece of my heart" von Penny Black. 
I used the very cheerful stamps from Penny Black for the cards inside (because the couple really adores cute images of animals :)).

GUTSCHEINVERPACKUNG / ENVELOPE FOR VOUCHERS:
Und da sich das Jubelpaar Gutscheine für sein Nagarium wünschte, "hütet das Mäuslein die Mäuse." :). Soll heißen: Die "Abdeckung" für die Schokolade ist in Wirklichkeit ein Kuvert, in das die Gutscheine gesteckt wurden. Und natürlich gab´s auch eine Kleinigkeit zu naschen....

The couple wanted vouchers for a "nagarium". Therefore I made an envelope to hide the gift certificate - and to cover the chocolate..... (I chose the little mouse because over here the word "mice" is often used as a synonym for money, dough....All right? ;))

Ok, perhaps that´s not an excellent tip - but practical :).
